The two-axle speed test bench is mainly used for speedometer detection and high-speed testing of vehicles, including 40km/h speedometer verification and high-speed performance testing. It is applicable to front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models, and can meet the detection needs of various vehicle types.

The two-axle speed test bench is mainly used for speedometer detection and high-speed testing of vehicles, including 40km/h speedometer verification and high-speed performance testing. It is applicable to front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive models, and can meet the detection needs of various vehicle types.

 

Main Composition

The equipment is composed of a main frame, double-drum type drum group, vehicle lifting device, automatic wheelbase adjustment device, front axle limiting and blocking drum, operation box, PLC control cabinet and other parts, specifically including the following components:

1. Load capacity of each drum group: ≥1000kg per wheel

2. Speed measurement range: 0-120km/h

3. Wheelbase range: 2300-3200mm

4. Drum parameters: Diameter Φ320mm, width 800mm

5. Front axle limiting and blocking drum: Prevent the vehicle from rushing out of the test bench during the test

6. Transmission mode: Front and rear axles adopt synchronous belt transmission; electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch is used for disengagement and engagement

7. Speed test accuracy: ±0.1km/h
